Kylofski provides digital design and development services, including but not limited to website design, web development, branding, and UX/UI design. The specific scope of services for each client will be defined in a separate agreement or statement of work.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Kylofski or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Upon full payment for our services, we grant clients a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the deliverables created for them, as specified in their respective agreements.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kylofski shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
